XUB 2021: Last date to fill mass communication admission form extended to June 30

NEW DELHI: Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) has extended the last date of admission form submission for XUB 2021 Mass Communication UG and PG programmes to June 30. Earlier, the institute had closed the admission form window of XUB 2021 for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes on May 31. With the reopening of the XUB 2021 admission form window, candidates who missed filling within the earlier scheduled deadline can now submit form until the new last date of the process at - xub.edu.in.

As per Xavier University Bhubaneswar admission criteria, candidates who have a full-time bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to submit XUB 2021 mass communication admission form for MA mass communication programme. Further, candidates who will be appearing for the final year bachelor’s degree this year are also considered eligible to submit the admission form of XUB 2021 for MA programme in Mass Communication.

For BSc Hons in Mass Communication at Xavier University Bhubaneswar, candidates who have completed 10+2 this year and have scored the required marks (minimum 50%) in the Class 10, 11 and 12 exams are eligible to apply for XUB admission 2021. The XUB application fee can be paid online using credit card/ debit card or through a net banking facility.

The final selection of candidates for MA Mass Communication and BSc Hons Mass Communication is based on the scores obtained by candidates in the entrance exam and performance in the personal interview round. For the XUB BSc Hons Mass Communication programme, candidates will also be evaluated on the individual creative works such as news items, photography and videography, campaigns, event coordination among others submitted by candidates.

For the MA Mass Communication programme, candidates will have to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) which will also be evaluated by the admission body to shortlist candidates for final admissions to the programme. Xavier University Bhubaneswar is yet to announce the dates of admit card release for the entrance test, XUB mass communication entrance test 2021, declaration of result and personal interview round.
