AAI recruitment exam 2018 begins in online mode for 908 vacancies

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 29: The exam of AAI recruitment has begun for the first shift in online mode for the recruitment of candidates as Managers and Junior Executives. AAI exam is being conducted by Airport Authority of India (AAI) in multiple shifts for 4 days - November 29, 30, December 2 and 3, 2018. The exam in the first shift has begun for Junior Executives (Airport Operations) while the second shift exam is being conducted for Junior Executives (Information Technology)/Managers (Eng. Civil/Finance/Technical). The third shift of AAI exam is being conducted for Junior Executives (Technical)/Managers (Eng. Electrical).

AAI recruitment exam is being conducted for all those candidates who have applied for the available posts. Only those candidates have been allowed to enter the examination hall who have brought their AAI recruitment admit card along with one of the prescribed ID proofs like Aadhaar card, Voter ID card, PAN card, Driving license etc.

The exam is being conducted to test the candidates on their General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude and command over English Language. Through this exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the next phase of the AAI recruitment process 2018 which is document verification/interview/physical measurement/endurance test/voice test. Shortlisted candidates will be recruited at the posts of Managers and Junior Executives and will have to undergo six months training. During their training process candidates will receive a basic pay along with the other admissible allowances. Once the training is over, candidates appointed as Managers will have to execute a surety bond of Rs. 6 lakh, while appointed Junior Executives have to fill a bond of Rs 5 lakh to ascertain their three years service (after the completion of training) at the AAI.

AAI is conducting AAI recruitment 2018 for a total of 908 vacancies of Managers and Junior Executives. Candidates who will qualify the recruitment test will be appointed at the posts of Managers and Junior Executives and will be paid Rs. 15 lakh and Rs. 11 lakh salary per annum respectively. Along with the basic pay, HRA and other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Benefit Scheme, and Medical Benefits will also be given to the appointees as per AAI payment scheme.
