NEW DELHI: Indian Air Force (IAF) will open the registration window for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2024 on May 30. Interested candidates who want to apply for the recruitment exam can fill the IAF AFCAT 2024 application form through the official websites, careerindianairforce.cdac.in and afcat.cdac.in.
The window for editing the AFCAT 2 application form 2024 will open after the application process ends. Candidates can only modify details such as their name, father's name, passport-size photograph, signature, and thumb impression.
The AFCAT 2024 exam aims to fill a total of 317 posts in the flying branch, ground duty (Technical) branch, and ground duty (Non-Technical) branch.
AFCAT 2024 application fee
The AFCAT 2024 application fee is Rs 550, including GST charges and is the same for all categories. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for the AFCAT 2 exam 2024.
AFCAT 2024 eligibility criteria
To be eligible for recruitment into the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force, candidates must be between 20 and 24 years old. For positions in the Ground Duty Branch, candidates must be between 20 and 26 years old.
To apply for the Flying Branch, candidates must have completed their 12th grade in the Science stream (Maths and Physics) with at least 50 percent marks. Graduates with 60 percent marks in any stream are also eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates with a BE/BTech degree and 60 percent marks can apply as well.
