NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will close the application process for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2025 today, December 31. Interested candidates who have not yet applied can fill the AFCAT 2025 application form through the official website, afcat.cdac.in.

The AFCAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on February 22 and 23 at various exam centres across the country. The AFCAT 2025 exam aims to fill a total of 336 vacancies in the department.

AFCAT 2025 application fee

To apply for the AFCAT 2025, candidates will have to register on the official website and fill in the application form with details such as education qualification, course preference, required documents. After filling out the application form candidates will be required to pay the application fee.

Candidates have to pay Rs 550 as AFCAT application fee 2025. The application fee can be paid through credit, debit cards, and net banking. After completing the online payment candidates can also check ‘Payment Status’. If the registration number is displayed in the ‘Payment Status’ then your application form is accepted.

AFCAT 2025 exam pattern

The AFCAT 2025 exam will be held in two stages, an online test and an SSB interview held by the Air Force Selection Board (AFSB). Candidates applying for Ground Duty (Technical branch) can appear for an additional Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).

The IAF conducts AFCAT twice a year in February and September to recruit eligible candidates as commissioned, Class 1 gazetted officers in flying, ground duty (technical and non-technical branches), and meteorology entry for grant of permanent, short service commission in the Indian Air Force.
