AIAPGET 2026 provisional answer key out; challenge window to close on September 5

NTA releases the AIAPGET 2026 provisional answer key. The result is expected to be out in September second week.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2026. Those who appeared for the entrance examination can check the provisional answer key and raise objections by September 5, up to 11:59 PM. Following the pattern, the testing agency will go through the objections raised by candidates and will revise the answer key if any of the objections raised is found correct.

Candidates seeking to challenge the provisional answer key will have to submit their objections online through the official AIAPGET portal.

On August 22, NTA announced to conduct a re-exam for 49 candidates who could not complete AIAPGET 2026 exam at the Jaipur test centre due to a "power failure". NTA conducted the exam on September 1. On August 22, AIAPGET exam was conducted for 36,979 registered candidates.

However, at Shri Satya Sai PG College Centre Jaipur, where 192 candidates appeared for the exam, 49 could not complete the test due to a power failure at the centre. NTA has attributed the power failure to M/S Eduquity Career Technologies Private Limited, the exam-conducting agency.

AIAPGET 2026 answer key challenge fee

Candidates raising objections against the provisional answer key will have to pay a challenge fee of Rs 200 per question. The last date for payment of the challenge fee is September 5, 2026, up to 11:59 PM. Candidates are advised to ensure that both the challenge submission and fee payment are completed within the specified deadline. Objections raised post-deadline will not be accepted.

Steps to check and challenge AIAPGET 2026 provisional answer key

Candidates can follow these steps to download answer key PDF and raise objections:

  • Go to the official AIAPGET portal
  • On homepage, log in using the credentials required on the portal
  • Answer key PDF will open up on screen
  • Go through the same and review the answers
  • Select the question or questions against which they wish to raise an objection
  • Submit the challenge along with the required supporting details, wherever applicable.
  • Pay the challenge fee of Rs 200 per question and submit the challenge
  • Download confirmation page for future references

The computer-based AIAPGET 2026 exam was held for a duration of 120 minutes, and the question paper will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions, carrying 480 marks.
