NEW DELHI: The All India Bar Examination- XVII (AIBE XVII 2023) online registration window will be closed today, January 16. To complete the AIBE XVII application process, candidates need to visit the official website- allindiabarexamination.com.

While applying it is mandatory for candidates to pay the application fee. The AIBE XVII 2023 registration fee for the General and Other Backward Caste category candidates is Rs 3,500 and the registration fee for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category candidates is Rs 2,500.

The exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 5, 2023. The AIBE XVII syllabus consists of 19 topics, all of which are taken from the common subjects covered in the LLB programme. Those who have completed three years LLB or five years LLB programme from an institute recognised by the BCI are eligible to appear for the AIBE XVII exam.
AIBE is a national-level certification exam held for law graduates or for those who are in their final year. Candidates who qualify for AIBE will be awarded certificates of practice (COP) which allow candidates to practice in a court of law in India.

First of all, go to the official website of AIBE, allindiabarexamination.com
Then on the homepage, click on the registration link and complete the registration process.
Next fill in the application form with the details required including names, contact details, and educational qualifications.
Pay the requisite AIBE XVII registration fee and submit the AIBE XVII application form.
Download and keep a printout of the application form as it may be required for further admission process.
The important topics of the AIBE XVII syllabus include constitutional law, IPC (Indian Penal Code), Cr PC (Criminal Procedure Code), CPC (Code of Civil Procedure), evidence act, alternative dispute redressal including the arbitration act, family law, public interest litigation, administrative law, company law, environmental law, cyber law, labour and industrial laws, law related to taxation, land acquisition act and intellectual property law.
