NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will release the AIBE result XVI (16) 2021 soon on its official website - allindiabarexamination.com. It has closed the facility of raising objections against the answer key of All India Bar Examination (AIBE) on October 18, 2021. An expert panel reviews the objections submitted by the candidates based on which necessary changes are made to the provisional answer key. The AIBE XVI (16) result 2021 will be based on the final answer key. It will inform the candidates about their qualification status.

The AIBE answer key of AIBE XVI (16) 2021 was released on November 09, 2021. The AIBE notification published with the answer key and question booklets says that no objections will be entertained after November 18. It adds that AIBE results will be declared based on the answer key that will be revised.

The result of AIBE XVI (16) 2021 will be displayed in the form of qualifying status instead of the detailed scorecard. Candidates who have secured more than 40% marks (35% in the case of SC and ST candidates) will be considered to have qualified for the examination.
Candidates who pass the AIBE XVI (16) 2021 will be awarded a Certificate of Practice which is a mandatory document for practising law in the country. Law graduates are required to pass the AIBE exam within two years of completing LLB graduation.
