AIIMS INI CET Counselling 2025: Open round registration begins; seat allotment result on August 23

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has begun the registration process for the open round counselling for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) for the July 2025 session. Candidates who did not get a seat in the previous rounds of INI CET July 2025 counselling can register for the open round seat allocation process through the official website at aiimsexams.ac.in.

Candidates can also submit their preferences of institutes and specialities for the INI CET open round counselling from July 25 to July 31. The institutions have published the tentative vacancies in various subjects and specialities, which are available on the official website. The seat allocation result for the open round of INI CET Counselling 2025 will be announced on August 23.

As per the official schedule, candidates who will be allotted seats in this round of counselling will have to accept the allocation by August 30 and report to the allotted institute for further admission process.

AIIMS has stated that no further rounds of seat allocation will be conducted by any participating institute for this session. Sponsored and in-service candidates must get relieved from their parent institute by 11 am on August 30.

INI CET Counselling 2025: Disability certificate verification on August 25

All Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) candidates who receive new allotments or upgraded seats will be required to report to the registrar's office at the AIIMS, New Delhi, for document verification. The verification by the medical board will be conducted on August 25 at 9:30 am. Candidates will have to carry their original documents, including the PWBD certificate.

“All PWBD Candidates who will be allotted the New seat or upgraded to a better seat are required to report with all documents, including Original PWBD certificate on 25.08.2025 (09:30 am) at Registrar's office, AIIMS, New Delhi for verification of Disability certificate by the Medical Board,” the notice said.

The AIIMS INI CET counselling 2025 is being conducted for Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM – six-year course), Master of Chirurgiae (MCh – six-year course), and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programmes offered by the participating Institutes of National Importance (INIs).
