AIIMS INI CET January 2026 seat allotments out for open round; report by February 28

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has declared the INI CET January 2026 session result for the open round of seat allotment today. Candidates can download the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) 2026 result through the official website at aiimsexams.ac.in.

Candidates who have been allotted seats through the open round seat allotment of the INI CET January 2026 session, have to confirm their allotment, submit required documents and report to their allotted institutes by February 28 up to 11 am.

“If a candidate fails to submit required certificates as required, his/her candidature will be cancelled, the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) will be vacated. Failure to report and join by above mentioned date will lead to forfeiture of Rs.3 Lakh deposited and imposition of penalty and other forfeiture as per Information Brochure for Open Round of Seat Allocation,” the institute said in an official statement.

The INI CET January 2026 open round seat allotment list includes only those candidates who were eligible for seat allocation for open round. The allocation list has been made as per merit, choices made and availability of seats.

“For the Open Round of Seat Allocation, the order of seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) Allocation was based on the original merit list and applicable category,” as per the official notification.

The INI CET 2026 was conducted for admission to MD, MS, MCh (6-years), DM - 6 years, and MDS programmes at AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry, National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) Bengaluru, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) Trivandrum.

AIIMS INI CET 2026 Allotment Results: Documents

Candidates who have been allotted seats at various AIIMS and other medical colleges must have to upload required documents to confirm their allotment. Here is the list of documents.

• Offer letter
• Seat allocation slip
• Final registration slip
• Admit card issued by AIIMS
• Mark sheets of MBBS, BDS
• MBBS, BDS degree certificate.
• Internship completion certificate.
• Permanent or provisional registration certificate by MCI
• High school or higher secondary certificate, or birth certificate
• Original caste certificates if applicable.
