AP EdCET results 2025 declared for BEd admissions; qualifying marks, tie-breaking method

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has declared the result of the Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (AP EdCET) 2025. Candidates can check and download the AP EDCET results 2025 online on the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EDCET.

Candidates will have to use their AP EdCET 2025 registration number and hall ticket number to download the results. They will need their date of birth in addition to these login credentials to access the AP EdCET 2025 rank card.

AP EdCET 2025 answer key was issued on June 10 and candidates were allowed to raise objections till June 13. The results have been prepared based on the final answer key.

AP EdCET qualifying marks 2025 are 25% of the total marks, that is, 37 out of 150 for all candidates, except those belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories.

AP EdCET 2025 was conducted on June 5 for determining the eligibility of candidates wishing to pursue BEd and BEd Special (HIVI and ID) courses for the academic year 2025-2026.

AP EdCET 2025 tie-breaking criteria

In case, one or two candidates score the same marks, the tie will be resolved as follows:

• The marks obtained in Part-C of the examination will be used to determine the relative ranking.
• If the tie persists, the marks obtained in Part-A will be used to decide the relative ranking.
• If candidates have equal marks in all parts of the test, they will be grouped together for the purpose of ranking.
• Age will be taken into consideration when ranking candidates within a tie group.

How to check AP EdCET result 2025?

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the AP EdCET 2025 scorecard.

• Visit the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
• On the homepage, click on the links ‘results’ and rank card
• Students will be redirected to a login page.
• Enter the required credentials and log in.
• AP EdCET scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
• Download it and take a printout for future references.
