AP POLYCET 2026 final phase begins July 16; check registration, web options, allotment schedule

Andhra Pradesh POLYCET 2026 final counselling schedule out. Registration starts July 16, web options end July 20, and allotment on July 24.
The Department of Higher Education, Andhra Pradesh, has announced the schedule for final phase of AP POLYCET 2026 counselling. Candidates seeking admissions to polytechnic colleges for the 2026-27 academic session can complete online certificate verification, fee payment, and web option entry through the official website, polycet.ap.gov.in.
Those who participated in the first phase of counselling and wish to compete for leftover seats can exercise their web options afresh. However, candidates who are satisfied with their previously allotted seat and have already reported to the allotted institute are not required to participate in the final phase.
AP POLYCET counselling comprises online certificate verification, processing fee payment, and web option entry.

Who can participate?
The final phase is open to:
- Candidates who secured a seat but are not interested in joining
- Candidates who have not secured a seat so far but completed certificate verification
- Candidates who completed certificate verification but did not exercise web options
- Candidates seeking a better seat after reporting to their allotted college
- Candidates who cancelled their first phase allotment
- Candidates completing certificate verification during the final phase
Candidates whose certificates have already been verified online and require no corrections can directly pay the processing fee and proceed to web option entry without visiting a Help Line Centre.

Documents required
Candidates should keep the following documents ready before participating in counselling:
- AP POLYCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card
- Aadhaar card
- SSC or equivalent marks memo
- Class 4 to Class 10 study certificates
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Income certificate (issued on or after January 1, 2023), if applicable
- Caste certificate, if applicable
- EWS certificate for eligible OC candidates
- Minority certificate, if applicable
- Residence certificate for private candidates or non-local candidates, wherever required
The counselling processing fee is Rs 700 for OC and BC candidates and Rs 250 for SC and ST candidates. Candidates who paid the processing fee during the first phase are not required to pay it again. For more details, one can go to the official website.
