Download NowNEW DELHI: The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) has declared the AP SSC Class 10th results 2024 today, April 22. The AP SSC 2024 result link has been activated on the official website, results.bse.ap.gov.in after the state commissioner of school education, S Suresh Kumar announced the result in a press conference at Vijayawada. Students will require their roll number and password to download the AP SSC result 2024 from the official websites. The original AP SSC marks memo 2024 will have to be collected from respective schools. The AP SSC 2024 exams were conducted from March 8 to 30 in pen-paper mode. A total of 6.3 lakh students appeared for the AP Class 10th exam 2024. The AP board provided audio question papers for visually impaired students.
AP 10th Results 2024: Pass percentage
This year, the AP SSC 2024 pass percentage is at 86.69%. As compared to last year, the pass percentage has increased by 14.43%. According to AP Board 10th result 2023 data, a total of 6,52,000 students appeared in the exams. Out of these, 6,09,881 students successfully passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 72.26 percent.
Total 2,803 schools have recorded 100% pass percentage in AP SSC results 2024, whereas 17 schools have scored 0.
AP SSC Result 2024: Girls outperform boys
This year, Girls have outperformed boys by 5%. The pass percentage of boys stands at 84.32% while fir girls it is 89.17%. Last year also, girls outshined boys in the AP SSC exam. The AP SSC 2023 pass percentage for girls stands at 75.38%, while for boys it is slightly lower at 69.27%.
AP SSC 10th Result 2024: Hindi medium students perform better
This year, Hindi medium students have performed better with pass rate of 100%, followed by English medium with 92.32 % and Telugu medium with 71.08 %.
Last year, English medium students in the AP SSC exams outperformed those in Telugu medium. Among a total of 4,32,641 students who appeared in the English medium exam, 3,49,673 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 80.82%. In comparison, for Telugu medium, out of 1,68,107 students who appeared, 84,047 passed, resulting in a passing percentage of 50%.
AP SSC 10th Result 2024: Top performing district
As per AP 10th result statistics 2024, Parvathapuram has again emerged as the top performing district with 96.37%. Last year, Parvathapuram district topped in AP SSC exam with a pass percentage of 7.47% followed by Srikakulam with 84.53%.
