Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued the admit cards for the APPSC Group 2 services prelims exam test today, February 14. Eligible candidates can download their APPSC Group 2 admit card from the official website psc.ap.gov.in. The APPSC preliminary examination will be held on February 25, 2024.
The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 897 vacancies. Candidates who pass the screening test will go to the next stage of the recruiting process which is the main examination. The date of the main exam will be published later on the website. Candidates will have to use their One Time Registration (OTR) Id and password to download the APPSC Group 2 admit card
“It is hereby informed that the screening test (objective type) for the group 2 services recruitment is scheduled to be held on February 25 from 10:30 am to 1: pm (General Studies and Mental ability) at 24 district centres. The hall tickets will be hosted on February 14 on the commission's website psc.ap.gov.in for downloading,” reads the official notification.
The APPSC Group 2 prelims exam covers only one section which is general studies and mental ability. This section is further divided into five sub-sections such as Indian history, geography, Indian society, current affairs, and mental ability. Each section carries 30 questions and 150 questions in total. Each question carries one mark. There is a negative marking of one-third marks for each wrong answer.
