The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) final phase notice 2026 on the official website of APSCHE at cap.apcfss.in. Candidates can login using the details, including user ID and password.

As per the official schedule, the AP ECET 2026 final phase counselling will start from August 8, 2026 along with the online verification of uploaded certificates at notified helpline centers (HLCs) and AP ECET option entry. The seat allotment will be prepared on the basis of candidates' AP ECET rank, web options exercised, reservation category, and seat availability.

Applicants can change the options on August 12, 2026 and the seat allotment result will be announced on August 15, 2026. Candidates can do self-reporting and reporting at college from August 17, 2026 to August 19, 2026. The class work will start from August 17, 2026.

AP ECET 2026 Final Phase Counselling: Important documents

The documents required for the AP ECET 2026 counselling are:

  • AP ECET hall ticket 2026
  • AP ECET rank card 2026
  • SSC marks demo
  • Diploma/degree marks memo
  • 7 th Class to Diploma study certificates (or) 9 th Class to Degree Study certificates for B.Sc (Maths) Degree holders
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Minority certificate (if applicable)
  • Transfer certificate
  • Income certificate
  • EWS Certificate valid for the year 2026- 2027 from Meeseva, for only OC Candidates who wants to claim reservation under EWS category
  • Residence certificate for privately studied candidates
  • Parents (Father or Mother) 10 years residence certificate for Non-Local candidates

The official notification reads, "As per the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) Act, admissions into the B.Pharmacy course through lateral entry shall be considered only upon successful completion of the D.Pharmacy course, including the mandatory practical training. A separate notification will be issued regarding B.Pharmacy lateral entry admissions in due course. Candidates who have already paid registration in the first phase need not pay again in the final phase. There is no special category verification in the final phase."
