Badruka School of Management launches scholarship for students from Northeast, J-K

NEW DELHI: Badruka School of Management (BSM) has launched scholarships for students from the Northeast and Jammu and Kashmir (J&K). Students meeting the parameters set by Badruka Educational Society students will be granted tuition fee waiver of up to 100%. BSM said the initiative has been started to empower and support talented youngsters in pursuit of their academic aspirations.

BSM will shortlist students on the basis of parameters such as academic achievements, extracurricular involvement, performance in entrance exams and interviews. BSM director Prabhu Aggarwal said, “Celebrating cultural and regional diversity in education is pivotal for cultivating inclusive learning environments. By embracing diverse perspectives, students gain a deeper understanding of the world around them and develop empathy and respect for different cultures and traditions. It promotes a sense of belonging and acceptance, fostering collaboration and mutual learning among individuals from various backgrounds.”

BSM has started registration for the two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) on the official website, badrukaschoolofmanagement.edu.in. Students can apply for admission till May 13. The PGDM programme spans six trimesters over two years.

PGDM duration, structure

In the first year, students will be taught 18 compulsory core courses and six essential skills and perspective courses (ESPs) for workplace readiness and multidisciplinary learning. Specialisation subjects such as marketing, strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship, data analytics and digital technologies, and finance will be offered in PGDM second year. Students can choose from a diverse range of elective courses and can opt for dual specialisation.

Students applying for the programme should have passed Class 10 and 12 exams from a recognised board. They should have secured a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
