BCECE 2026 online counselling schedule released at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in; choice filling begins from July 19

Qualified candidates can fill out the choices from July 19, 2026 and the round 1 seat allotment result will be out on July 29
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) has released the timetable for the online counselling of BCECE (CBA/PCA/MBA/MCA) and BCECE (PCM/PCB/PCMB) 2026 on the official website of BCECE at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The board will release the seat matrix today, July 13 on the official website.
This schedule is for the admission to 50% state quota seats. Candidates who have qualified BCECE 2026 can only participate in the online counselling. Applicants can download their BCECE 2026 rank card by using the roll number.
During the documents verification process, aspirants must report to the allotted centre with all original documents. If any candidate fails to do so may lead to cancellation of the seat. Aspirants are informed that choice filling is a one-time process for each counselling round and the seat allotment result will be prepared on the basis of the choices filled by candidates.

BCECE Online Counselling 2026: Documents verification
The following documents are needed for the verification:
- Class 10 (Matric) admit card
- Class 10 marksheet and certificate
- Class 12 (Intermediate) admit card
- Class 12 marksheet and certificate
- Character certificate
- Residential (Domicile) certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- SMQ/DQ certificate (where applicable)
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Hard copy of the BCECE-2026 Online Application Form (Confirmation Page)
- BCECE-2026 Rank Card
- Online Counselling Choice Filling Choice Slip
- Downloaded Provisional Allotment Order
- Two copies of the Verification Slip along with one copy of the Biometric Form
BCECE Online Counselling 2026: How to apply?
To apply, candidates need to visit the official website and login using the BCECE registration number and password. Aspirants need to select, edit, rearrange & save the preferred colleges & branches and then lock them. Take a printout of the locked choice slip for further reference.
If the applicant wants to make changes in the choice then they can unlock their choices using the OTP sent to their registered email ID or mobile number, make the changes and then lock again.
