BCI extends AIBE XVI (2021) registration deadline; Exam date to be announced soon

NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has extended the last date of AIBE XVI (16) 2021 registration. The AIBE application form can now be submitted by June 15, 2021. Meanwhile, the AIBE exam date has not been announced yet.

How to fill AIBE XVI (16) application form 2021

• Click on AIBE XVI (16) registration link

• Register for AIBE using the enrollment number and registration date

• Fill the application form by entering personal information, educational qualification details

• Select test centre and language for the examination

• Upload the documents such as photo, signature, copy of enrollment certificate and photo id.

• Submit the application fee through E-challan.

The AIBE application fee is Rs 3,500 for general and OBC candidates. For SC and ST candidates, the application fee is Rs 2,500.

AIBE exam date yet to be announced

The BCI is yet to announce the AIBE exam date 2021. Regarding the exam date, the official notification says, “The rescheduled date for AIBE 16 will be intimated soon”. It may be noted that AIBE XVI (16) 2021 was originally scheduled to be held on March 21, 2021. However, for some or other reasons, the council has repeatedly postponed the examination. Now, due to the second wave of COVID-19, the AIBE exam date is speculated to be pushed to July.
