The BCI conducts AIBE every year for law graduates. The AIBE is a standard test to assess the candidates’ analytical and legal knowledge at a basic level. The exam sets a minimum benchmark for the practice of law. After clearing AIBE, candidates are awarded a "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India.
