BHU Admissions 2026: Graduates in life sciences and allied biological sciences can apply for the MSc programme at admission.bhu.ac.in.

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has opened registration for admission to its MSc programme in life sciences for the academic session 2026-27. Eligible candidates can apply for the postgraduate course through the official website at admission.bhu.ac.in by July 10.
The admission to the 2-year multidisciplinary, research-driven postgraduate programme, offered by DBT-Interdisciplinary School of Life Sciences (ISLS), Institute of Science, BHU, will be done through Common University Entrance Test PG (CUET PG) 2026.
The MSc programme includes 4-semesters and the interdisciplinary curriculum is aligned with National Education Policy (NEP 2020), as per the official statement.

According to the eligibility criteria, graduates in life sciences and allied biological sciences can apply for the MSc programme for admission at BHU.
The curriculum also involves hands-on training with advanced research facilities, learning bioinformatics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Biology and research methodology, dissertation-based research and industry-oriented learning, the institute said.
Those who will complete the MSc course will be eligible for opportunities in research, biotechnology, healthcare and higher studies.
Recently, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) has extended the deadline to apply for the online MTech, MSc, and PG diploma programmes for the September 2026 academic session. Candidates can apply for the PG courses by July 1.
In addition, the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has declared the JNU PG first merit list 2026 for admission to various PG programmes.
