Class 10 students of Bihar board will have to secure 30 percent marks in individual subjects to be declared qualified in BSEB Class 10 exams 2023. In addition to this, their aggregate scores should also be above 30 percent to clear the exams. 

Students of BSEB Class 10, who take the compartment exams 2023, will be promoted to the 11th grade if they are declared qualified in it. If they fail the exams, they will be required to appear in the same paper again in the upcoming academic year.

The Bihar board has not announced any BSEB Class 10th result date 2023.

BSEB Class 10 students who fail in two papers will be eligible to appear for the BSEB 10th compartment exams 2023. Those who fail in more than two subjects will be required to repeat the 10th grade.

The BSEB Class 10 exams 2023 were held for a total of 500 marks. The marking scheme is as follows:

• Students who score more than 300 marks will be awarded the first division.
• Those students who score marks in the range of 225 to 300 will be placed under second division.
• Marks in the range of 150-225 will steer the students towards third division.
• Students who score less than 150 marks will be declared as fail.

Before proceeding to check BSEB 10th result 2023, the students must keep the admit card handy. Admit card contains important login credentials such as roll number and roll code, which are essential for accessing and downloading the scorecard.

The BSEB Class 10 students can also obtain their results for 10th board exams on platforms such as DigiLocker and via SMS. They will be required to register themselves on DigiLocker to know their scores.

Along with the results, the BSEB will also release the toppers list for the meritorious students. The results and toppers list are expected to be announced in a press conference soon. 

The BSEB Class 10 scorecard 2023 will contain important details of the students such as name, photograph, subject-wise marks obtained, overall marks, grade and percentage. In case of any discrepancies in any of these details, the student will have to get in touch with the exam authorities immediately. 

The BSEB will release a separate admit card for the students slated to take the Bihar board Class 10 supplementary exams 2023. They will also be required to carry a valid government issued photo ID proof such as Aadhar card, PAN card, passport or others for verification purposes. 

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is expected to release the dates for the conduct of supplementary exams for Class 10 students of the board in third week of April 2023. The supplementary exams are likely to take place in May 2023.  

Those students of Bihar board Class 10, who are not satisfied with their scores will have the option to apply for re-evaluation of their answer sheets. They will, however, be required to pay an additional fee amount for the same. Post result declaration, the window to apply for re-evaluation will open at biharboardonline.com.

Once the board declares the Class 10 results, the students declared qualified in the exams will be promoted to the 11th grade. The ones who do not qualify the exams will be required to appear for the compartment examination. 

The matriculation students of Bihar board will be required to achieve a minimum percentage of marks to be declared qualified in the exams. The students will have to score at least 33 percent aggregate marks to be promoted to the 11th grade.

The Bihar board will announce the Class 10 results for as many as 16 lakh students. The result is likely to be released today on March 23, 2023. The matriculation exams took place from February 14 until February 22, 2023. 

The BSEB will release the Bihar board 10th topper list soon after the announcement of the class 10th result. The meritorious students will be awarded by the state government.
