Bihar Board matric model paper 2024 out for all subjects; Class 10 exam from February 15

NEW DELHI: Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has uploaded the Bihar matric or Class 10 model paper 2024 for the upcoming board exam. As per the Bihar board Class 10 date sheet 2024, the BSEB matric exam will begin from February 15 to 23. Students will be able to download the Bihar board matric model paper PDF from the official website, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

The board will conduct practical exams and internal assessment will be conducted from January 18 to January 20, 2024. Exams will be held for 80 marks for some subjects and 100 marks for other subjects. Students will have to darken the circle using black or blue ball point pen. “Do not use whitener, liquid, blade, nail etc. on OMR sheet; otherwise the result will be invalid,” the board said.

Candidates should enter their 10 digit question booklet serial number in the OMR answer sheet. 15 minutes of extra time has been allotted for the students to read the questions. The question paper is divided into sections.

In section A, there are 100 objective type questions, out of which any 50 questions are to be answered. Each question carries 1 mark.

In section-B, there are 30 short answer type questions, out of which any 15 questions are to be answered. Each question will carry 2 marks. Apart from these, there are 8 long answer type questions, out of which any 4 questions are to be answered. Each question will carry 5 marks.

For subjects that carry 80 theory marks, section-A will have 80 objective type questions out of which 40 questions are compulsory. If the candidate answers more than 40 questions, the first 40 answers only will be evaluated. Each question carries 1 mark.
