Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2025: 878 candidates retain seats in round 2 seat allotment

Try NowThe Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has declared the seat allotment result for the 85% state quota seats under the second round of the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2025 counselling. Candidates can check their seat allotment status on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
878 candidates retained their undergraduate seats allotted in the first round while 1,029 applicants have grabbed fresh seats in this round. PMC Patna remains the top choice amongst medical aspirants.
Candidates can check their seat allotment by logging in and also through the Bihar NEET UG round 2 seat allotment PDF which mentions candidate’s ID, NEET UG 2025 roll number, application number, All India Rank (AIR), name, gender, category, allotted institute, allotted course, type of seat, and allotted status.
As per the Bihar NEET UG counselling dates 2025 for the second round, students can download the allotment order from September 22 to 27 and report to the allotted institute from September 24 to 27. Those who want to withdraw their seats can submit their resignation or free exit from September 23 to 27.

BCECEB earlier informed that if the candidate gives "yes" or "no" for upgradation in round 3 counselling but due to any reason does not complete the document verification or enrolment process within the stipulated period of round 2, then the retained, upgraded or new seat allotted to such candidate will be cancelled and his or her security deposit amount will be forfeited for which the candidate himself or herself will be responsible and no request related to this will be accepted.
Bihar NEET 2025 round 2 schedule was revised after an increase in the number of MBBS and BDS seats. The admission process resumed on September 2 after it was halted for the second time.
