Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2025: Round 1 final seat allotment list out for BTech on admissions.nic.in

Bihar UGEAC allots BTech admissions through JEE Mains scores; seat acceptance and document verification till July 7
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the final allotment list for Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) Round 1 for Bachelor of Technology (BTech)/Bachelor of Engineering (BE) admissions. Candidates can check the same by logging in to admissions.nic.in with their Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main application number and password.
The entire BTech admission process to Bihar colleges will be done through the Bihar UGEAC, which uses JEE marks to create ranklists. Counselling registration, choice-filling and locking, and seat allotment rounds are done through the official portal.

Bihar UGEAC 2025: Document verification
During the physical document verification process, it is mandatory to bring the following documents:
- Hard copy of Part-A and Part-B of the printed online application
- Copy of choice slip after filling the choice for online counselling
- Three copies of the downloaded provisional allotment order
- Two copies of the pre-filled verification slip
- All original educational certificates
If a candidate has upgraded their seat in the second round of UGEAC allotment, they have to bring their document verification slip from the first round to show at the second document verification process.
In case seats are left vacant even after the two rounds of the seat allotment process, those seats will be filled by the candidates who appeared for the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) 2025, for the physics, chemistry, mathematics (PCM) group.
