NEW DELHI: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani will start the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT 2025) registration for integrated first degree programmes at Pilani, KK Birla Goa, and Hyderabad campuses. Candidates seeking BE, BPharm admissions will be able to fill the application form for BITSAT session 1, 2 through the official website, bitsadmission.com.
The institute offers 10 BE programmes in its four campuses and 6 MSc courses using the BITSAT score. The BITSAT entrance exam will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) for a duration of 3 hours. Candidates will be allowed to attempt the exam twice in a year. The institute will administer the exams in centres across India, Nepal, and Dubai.
BITSAT 2025 eligibility
The BITSAT eligibility criteria for BE, BPharm admissions is given below.
- Candidates who have completed Class 12 in 2024 and those appearing in the upcoming board exam 2025 will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
- For BE admission, candidates should have passed Class 12 from a recognized central or state board with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) as compulsory, and adequate proficiency in English.
- For BPharm admission, candidates should have passed the Class 12 exams with physics, chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects, and adequate proficiency in English.
- PCM candidates will also be allowed to apply for pharmacy admissions.
- Candidates should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in PCM or PCB in Class 12.
- Students should have secured at least 60% marks in each of the physics, chemistry, mathematics and/ or biology subjects.
- Through direct admission, BITS Pilani will admit first rank students of state and central boards in India.

BITSAT application process
The institute will conduct the BITSAT exam in two sessions. Candidates applying for the entrance exam will be given the flexibility to choose the exam centre, exam date and slot of their convenience.
Students will be allowed to appear twice in BITSAT in the same year. “Such a candidate will then choose one slot from the first set of dates and another from the second,” it said. The BITSAT application fee details is given below.
