The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani (BITS) has announced the schedule for BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) 2026 for admission to its undergraduate programmes. The BITSAT 2026 application window will be active from December 15, 2025.

Eligible candidates will be able to apply for BITSAT 2026 through the official website at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in by March 16, 2026.
The college entrance test for admission to UG programmes - BITSAT 2026 - will be held in two sessions. The BITSAT 2026 session 1 will be conducted from April 15 to 17, while session 2 will be held from May 24 to 26, 2026.
“Candidates may choose to appear in either one session or both, and those attempting both will have the advantage of their best score being considered for admission,” according to an official notification.
Candidates will be required to pay Rs 3,500 as registration fee to appear for the computer-based BITSAT 2026.

As per the eligibility criteria, applicants must have passed Class 12 exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Candidates who passed the 10+2 exam in 2025 are also eligible. They must secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Additionally, a minimum of 60% marks in each Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, Biology subject.
BITSAT is a competitive, computer-based test conducted by BITS Pilani for merit-based admissions to its integrated degree courses in engineering, BPharma, and MSc.
These programmes are being offered across BITS’s various campuses including Pilani, KK Birla Goa, and Hyderabad.
BITSAT 2026 will assess candidates on their knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, English proficiency, and logical reasoning. The question paper will include objective-type queries with negative marking.
The college entrance test BITSAT is conducted twice a year and candidates may appear in both sessions, and admission will be given on a higher score.
