Download NowThe Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani, has started the session 2 slot booking for the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) today, May 14, 2026. Applicants can book their choice date and time for the BITSAT exam on the official website of BITS at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. Candidates must access the portal using their application number along with their password to proceed with the process.

For BITSAT 2026 session 2, the slot booking window will close on May 15, 2026. The exam schedule has been updated and will now be conducted from May 25 to May 27, 2026. Following candidate preferences and seat availability, the BITSAT 2026 admit card will be released on May 20, 2026.
The marking scheme awards +3 marks for every correct answer and deducts 1 mark for every incorrect response, while unattempted questions carry no marks.

BITSAT Session 2 slot booking 2026: Steps to book
The procedure for booking a slot for BITSAT 2026 Session 2 is given below:
- Visit the official website of BITSAT at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in
- Click on the BITSAT login link and enter the details, including application number & password and submit
- Click on the BITSAT 2026 session 2 slot booking link and then choose the exam date & time and submit
BITSAT Session 2 2026: Exam pattern
BITSAT 2026 will be held in two shifts: morning and afternoon. The morning shift will be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm, and the afternoon shift from 2 pm to 5 pm.

The BITSAT Session 2 2026 exam is a computer-based test conducted over 3 hours (180 minutes) and consists of 130 multiple-choice questions. The paper is divided into four sections: Physics (30 questions), Chemistry (30 questions), Mathematics or Biology (40 questions), English Proficiency (10 questions), and Logical Reasoning (20 questions). All questions are objective in nature and are designed to test both conceptual understanding and speed of problem-solving. The exam is conducted in English only and follows the same structure for both Session 1 and Session 2.
