BPSC 70th CCE registration 2024 begins today at bpsc.bih.nic.in; 1,957 vacancies notified

NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will begin the online registration process for the 70th Integrated Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination (CCE) from today, September 28. Interested candidates can fill the BPSC CCE 2024 application form through the official websites of the commission – bpsc.bih.nic.in and onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in. As per the schedule, candidates will be able to apply for BPSC 70th CCE 2024 till October 18.

According to the recent notification, this examination will be held to fill a total of 1,957 vacancies at various departments of the Bihar government. Earlier, the number of vacancies was 1,929, but it was later increased.

While submitting their application forms, candidates are required to pay a biometric fee of Rs 200 along with the application fee.

The BPSC CCE application fee is Rs 600 for general category candidates, and Rs 150 for SC, ST candidates from Bihar, female candidates who are permanent residents of Bihar, and disabled candidates.

Bihar 70th Prelims 2024 exam pattern

• BPSC CCE Prelims Exam is expected to be held on November 17, 2024.
• The prelims exam will consist of General Studies subject, and all the questions will be objective-type.
• The duration of the exam is 2 hours
• Total marks will be 150
• There will be negative markings for wrong answers in the prelim exam. There will be provision of 1/3 negative marking of every wrong answer.
