NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued important instructions for candidates appearing in the BPSC 70th Mains Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025. The BPSC 70th CCE mains exam 2025 is scheduled to be held on April 25, 26, 28, 29, and 30.
The commission has already issued the BPSC 70th CCE mains 2025 admit card. Candidates can download the BPSC 70th CCE mains 2025 admit card through the official website, bpsconline.bihar.gov.in. Candidates are advised to reach the designated examination centre at least two hours prior to the scheduled start of the exam. Entry will be permitted up to one hour before the examination begins.
“Strictly follow the 'Important Instructions' printed on the admit card (candidate copy) and the 'Essential Instructions' printed on the cover page of the Question-cum-Answer Booklet,” the official notice said. Upon receiving the Question-cum-Answer Booklet in the examination hall, candidates should verify that all pages are in proper order and all questions are correctly printed. Only after confirming this can they begin writing.
On the cover page, candidates must fill in the examination name, subject, date, and their roll number in both figures and words. For objective-type papers, the chosen medium of writing (Hindi/English/Urdu) must be encircled in the answer booklet.
The commission further informed that the BPSC 70th Mains answer sheet should be written only in the space provided. Anything written outside the designated space will not be considered. Only one type of ink—blue or black—can be used. Mixing inks is not allowed. If a candidate changes ink, the invigilator must attest it. Use of coloured inks, pencils, highlighters, or sketch pens is not permitted.
Candidates found engaging in malpractice or carrying electronic devices, other than a basic calculator, inside the examination hall will be debarred from the current examination and all future examinations conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission for the next five years.
Carrying electronic devices (except a basic calculator) or being involved in any malpractice will result in a five-year ban from all BPSC exams. Writing names, roll numbers, addresses, or religious symbols anywhere other than where specified, or placing currency notes inside the answer booklet, will lead to disqualification.
