BPSSC Recruitment 2020; Bihar Police SI Comb. Mains Postponed, Check new dates

NEW DELHI - The Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released a notice on its official website related to the BPSSC SI, Asst. Superintendent Jail and other exams. As per notice released by BPSSC, the Bihar Police Combined Mains (Written) exam which was scheduled to be held on October 11, 2020, has been postponed. The Bihar Police SI Combined Mains written exam will now be held on October 29, 2020 (Sunday) in two shifts. The decision is taken due to Bihar Assembly Elections as the exam centres will be occupied for electoral purposes.
The notice also says that the BPSSC Combined Mains Written exam admit card which was released earlier, is been cancelled. Fresh admit cards will be released a few days before the exam is to be conducted.
The BPSSC is conducting the Combined Mains Written exam to recruit candidates for various posts of Police Sub Inspector, Assistant Superintendent Jail (Direct Recruitment), Assistant Superintendent Jail (Ex-Servicemen) in Bihar Police. There are a total of 2446 vacancies to be filled under the BPSSC recruitment 2020.
