Pre-filled form required for verification
The board further states that, after submission of the registration form, a pre-filled declaration form should be downloaded for each student. This form should be verified and signed by the student, their parent or guardian, and the principal of the institution.
“The declaration form should be downloaded for the accuracy and verification of the details of those students whose registration/permission applications will be filled,” the official notice said.
The signed declaration will then be uploaded to the committee’s portal to complete the submission process. Only applications with the uploaded declaration will be accepted.
