Bihar Board Class 10 Exam: A total of 16,48,894 students will appear for exams this year.

NEW DELHI: 100 Bihar students have been expelled for using malpractices in Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class 10 exam 2022 held on Thursday, February 17, according to a News18 report. On the first day, BSEB conducted Mathematics exam across the state.
Of the 100 students who have been expelled, 28 students were expelled in Saran and 15 in Vaishali. Whereas, 20 students were expelled for giving exams on the basis of wrong identity, the report said.

BSEB is conducting board exams for Class 10 from February 17 to 24. Before the commencement of the mathematics exam yesterday, Bihar Class 10 mathematics question paper was allegedly being circulated on social media, according to several media reports. However, it is yet to be confirmed if the Bihar Class 10 question paper that was leaked is the original.
The BSEB Class 10 first shift will be conducted in two shifts. The morning shift begins from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second shift will commence from 1:45 pm to 5 pm. This year, a total of 16,48,894 students will be appearing for the BSEB matric exam 2022.

The board began operating a control room since yesterday, February 17, to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of exams.The official notice said that “ Students can connect with the control room to resolve their issue via phone, using 0612-2232227 and 0612-2230051”.
The Bihar board also issued Class 10 exam guidelines. As per the instructions, it is mandatory for students to carry BSEB Class 10 admit cards to the exam centre. They will have to fill the OMR sheet using black or blue ball pen. “The board has given 100% choice of subjective and objective questions to students. Students with disabilities and are unable to write, will get a writer to write their exams,” the Bihar board said.
