: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow will release the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 notification today, July 30. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply for the MBA entrance exam on the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

IIM Lucknow will be conducting this year’s CAT exam for admission to management programmes. CAT 2023 convenor professor Sanjeet Singh confirmed with Careers360 that the notification will be uploaded today.
CAT 2023 notification will include details on CAT exam date 2023, syllabus, eligibility criteria, registration fee, important dates, examination pattern, marking scheme, and more. CAT 2023 is expected to be held on November 26.

In order to check the CAT notification 2023, students will have to visit the official website. On the homepage, they will be able to view the notification PDF. After the notification, IIM Lucknow will also release the registration guide, information bulletin, and certificates to be uploaded.
Generally, a candidate having a bachelor's degree with at least 50 percent marks or an equivalent CGPA (45 percent for SC, ST, PwD candidates) from a recognized university is eligible to apply for the exam.
As per the trends, the entrance test will include three sections -- verbal ability and reading comprehension; data interpretation and logical reasoning; and quantitative aptitude. The exam will be held in three shifts.
