The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) will begin the CAT 2023 registration process for admission to management programmes offered by 20 IIMs tomorrow. The CAT 2023 application window will be made available at 10 AM on August 2 at the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

Candidates must note that the IIM CAT 2023 registration last date is September 13. Those who successfully register for the management entrance examination will have to appear for the CAT 2023 exam on November 26. The computer-based test (CBT) will be held in three shifts on the CAT exam date 2023. Admit cards for the exam will be issued on October 25, as per the schedule.
CAT 2023 score will also be considered for MBA admission by non-IIMs that have registered to avail the results. Before proceeding to fill the CAT application form 2023, candidates should keep all the required documents handy.
How to register for CAT 2023
Applicants can follow the detailed steps given below to fill in the IIM CAT application form.
Step 1. Registration - Visit the IIM CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in 2023. Click on the ‘New Candidate Registration for CAT 2023’ link on the homepage. Enter a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth to register. Now, enter the OTP sent to the entered mobile number to generate login credentials.
Step 2. Fill in application form - Click on the ‘Registered Candidate login for CAT 2023’ link and login using the credentials generated. Enter personal, academic details, work experience, programmes in the application form. Candidates will have to select six preferred exam cities. “*” (asterisk) indicates a mandatory field and the fields marked with this symbol must be filled in or you will not be able to submit the CAT form 2023.
Step 3. Make payment - Candidates will have to pay the registration fee through online mode. The CAT registration 2023 fee for general category is Rs 2,400 and SC, ST, PwD category candidates will have to pay Rs 1,200.
Step 4. Upload documents - Scanned passport size photograph within the dimension of 1200 pixels x 1200 pixels in jpg or jpeg format with not more than 80 KB file size. The dimension of signature should be 80mm X 35mm. In addition, candidates should also upload scanned copies of date of birth certificate, proof of residence, Class 10 and 12 marksheet, graduation certificates, final year certificate for those students who are in their last year of graduation, valid ID proof, work experience documents, caste and PWD certificate if applicable.
Step 5. Submit application - After the successful payment and completing the registration and application form process. Review the courses and colleges selected, details entered, acknowledge that the data entered is correct and submit the form. A confirmation email after submitting the CAT application form will be sent to the registered email address. Candidates will have to save the application confirmation page for future reference.
