CBSE 10th, 12th results 2024 ‘shortly’; board issues Digilocker access code for students

Attempt NowNEW DELHI : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the six-digit access code for the Digilocker accounts of students. CBSE 10th, 12th results 2024 will be declared shortly. Apart from the CBSE official website, cbse.gov.in, CBSE Class 10, 12 results 2024 will also be available on Digilocker and via SMS.

The board has shared the Digilocker account access code file with the affiliated schools and asked them to disseminate the code to students. “The results of Board Exam-2024 will be declared shortly. The student wise Access Code file is being made available to Schools in their DigiLocker accounts from where schools can download and disseminate Access Code to individual students,” said the board in an official notice.
CBSE said that it introduced the 6-digit code based activation to strengthen security and privacy of students’ data. Students can use their individual codes to access their 10th, 12th marksheets and pass certificates and other academic documents.

How to download Digilocker access code file?
Schools can follow the steps given below to download the access code file for their students:
- Go to the link, cbse.digitallocker.gov.in and login using the LOC credentials
- Select 'Login as School' from the dropdown
- Click on the ‘Download Access Code File’ option on the left panel
- A new screen will appear from where schools can download the pin
The board asked schools to share the access code with students in a secured manner. It informed that a user manual to guide the students for accessing the Digilocker is available on the homepage.
CBSE board added that Digilocker access has also been extended to international students. CBSE students abroad can access the online locker by visiting the Digilocker portal or by creating a ticket on the official portal with the category “CBSE international student 2024”.
