CBSE 10th Second Board Result 2026 LIVE: Class 10 session 2 scores soon at cbse.gov.in; passing marks

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the Class 10 phase 2 result 2026 soon on the official websites of CBSE at cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. The 10th second board exam was conducted between May 15 and May 21, 2026.

CBSE has not yet released the official date and time for the Class 10 session 2 result 2026 declaration. This year, a total of 6,68,854 candidates have registered under the combined compartment and improvement categories in the two-phase examination system. Out of these, 85,285 students have enrolled for the compartment.

Students who have appeared for the Class 10 second board examination can check their results on several official platforms, such as the DigiLocker portal and the UMANG application.

To check the CBSE Phase 2 exam result 2026, students must follow the steps given below:

• Visit the official CBSE result website portal
• Click on the option/link for “CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026”
• Provide the required login credentials such as roll number, school number, and admit card ID
• Submit the entered details to generate the result on the screen
• Download and save the scorecard for future reference
• Take a printout of the provisional marksheet for record-keeping purposes

Students can view the details mentioned in the CBSE Class 10 second board result 2026, which include the student’s name, roll number, class, father’s name, date of birth, qualifying status (pass or fail), subject-wise marks in both theory and practical examinations, total marks obtained, full marks for each subject, and the overall grade secured by the student.

Why does CBSE implement the dual board exam?

CBSE has implemented a dual board examination system this year, allowing students additional chances to enhance their academic performance. As part of the updated assessment structure, candidates who were not satisfied with their results or aimed to improve their marks were permitted to reappear for the examination.
