This year, the theory exams for Class 10 and 12 will commence from May 4 and the board will try to complete these exams by June 10. Practical exams for both classes will start from March 1, 2021.

Further, the minister announced that CBSE class 10 and 12 results may be announced by July 15, 2021. He also wished luck to all the students and teachers.
Detailed CBSE board datesheet 2021 is to be out soon on the official website, cbse.nic.in . Along with this, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is also expected to release exam guidelines and preventive measures for COVID-19 at exam centres.
Generally, the CBSE board exam commences from the mid of February. But this year, exams have been delayed to cope with the study loss during the closing of schools. Along with this, the board has also reduced the Class 10 and 12 syllabus for the academic year 2020-21 and question papers will be prepared as per the latest CBSE syllabus.
Recently, CBSE controller of examination announced that practical exams will be held at schools in labs as o-lab practicals are not possible. He also clarified that no syllabus will be reduced further. As per the report of Times Now News, he also announced that only 12 students will be allowed to sit for board exams 2021.
