CBSE Board Exams 2025: Class 10 Social Science paper concludes, difficult level, analysis soon

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Class 10 Social Science board exam today, February 25. The CBSE Class 10 board exam 2025 began at 10:30 am and concluded at 1:30 pm. today. The exam was held in pen-and-paper mode across various centres. The CBSE Class 10 Social Science exam syllabus includes topics from history, geography, political science, and economics. The exam is conducted for a total of 80 marks and carry a total of 37 questions. These questions are a mix of multiple-choice, short-answer, long-answer, and case-based questions.

CBSE Board Exams 2025: Class 10 next exam

The CBSE will now conduct the next board exam for Class 10 students on February 27, 2025, for subjects including Urdu Course-A, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Manipuri, and Urdu Course-B. This will be followed by the Hindi Course A and Hindi Course B exams on February 28, 2025.

CBSE Board Exams 2025: Passing marks

Students who appeared for the CBSE Class 10 social science board exams 2025 need to secure a minimum of 33% in aggregate to pass. Students are also required to score at least 33% separately in both theory and practical exams to qualify. Students who failed to secure 33% in aggregate or in either the theory or practical exams in CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025 will have to appear for the compartment exams.
