NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Class 10 Social Science board exam today, February 25. The CBSE Class 10 board exam 2025 began at 10:30 am and concluded at 1:30 pm. today. The exam was held in pen-and-paper mode across various centres. Teachers and subject matter experts will analyse the CBSE Class 10 social science question paper and student reactions to provide a detailed review. The experts will also share the CBSE Class 10 SST answer key 2025. Students can calculate their problem score based on the CBSE Class 10 Social Science unofficial answer key 2025.

The CBSE Class 10 Social Science exam syllabus includes topics from history, geography, political science, and economics. The exam is conducted for a total of 80 marks and carry a total of 37 questions. These questions are a mix of multiple-choice, short-answer, long-answer, and case-based questions.

CBSE Board Exams 2025: Class 10 next exam

The CBSE will now conduct the next board exam for Class 10 students on February 27, 2025, for subjects including Urdu Course-A, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Manipuri, and Urdu Course-B. This will be followed by the Hindi Course A and Hindi Course B exams on February 28, 2025.

CBSE Board Exams 2025: Passing marks

Students who appeared for the CBSE Class 10 social science board exams 2025 need to secure a minimum of 33% in aggregate to pass. Students are also required to score at least 33% separately in both theory and practical exams to qualify. Students who failed to secure 33% in aggregate or in either the theory or practical exams in CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025 will have to appear for the compartment exams.
