NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE will begin the 10th and 12th board exams today, April 26, 2022. The CBSE term 2 board exam 2022 will be held in offline mode from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. CBSE Class 10 exam for term 2 will continue till May 24, 2022. While CBSE Class 12 exam will conclude on June 15, 2022.

In Class 10 exam, students will appear for subjects such as Painting, Gurung, Rai, Tamang, Sherpa, and Thai. For 12th students, the exam for Entrepreneurship, Beauty and Wellness papers will be conducted. They should follow the COVID-19 guidelines such as wearing masks, and avoid gathering near the exam centre.
CBSE joint secretary Sanyam Bhardwaj had instructed there should be no relaxation in COVID-19 preparation. He had told that separate rooms will be provided to students who test positive for COVID-19 to appear for the CBSE term 2 board exam 2022. Board is paying Rs 5,000 to each exam centre for an Infrared Thermometer, Rs 5 per candidate per day for sanitization of the school.
Students appearing for CBSE board exams must carry their CBSE admit cards to the exam hall.
They must reach the examination hall at least 30-45 minutes before to avoid any hassle.
Using mobile phones, gadgets, and other electronic products is prohibited.
They must follow COVID-19 guidelines such as wearing masks and avoid gathering.
Using of any unfair means shall be dealt with strictly.
Read all the instructions carefully mentioned in the time table copy to avoid any inconvenience.

This year, the board will declare the final CBSE results 2022 after term 2. CBSE had decided that the CBSE term 2 results will be announced even for students who remain absent in the CBSE term 1 or term 2 board exam 2022. However, CBSE Class 12 students who could not appear in both the terms will not be allowed to appear in the compartment exams.
