NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has concluded the CBSE Class 12 chemistry exam 2021 today, December 14. Class 12 students found the chemistry paper easy and scoring.

School will evaluate the CBSE Class 12 chemistry OMRs based on the answer key provided by the board.

Nishant Kumar, PGT Chemistry, Mount Abu Public School, Rohini said that the Class 12 chemistry paper was easy and followed the pattern of NCERT. "The paper was easy and scoring. There were as such no such difficulties in the paper and options were not at all confusing. Equal weightage was provided to every section- organic, inorganic and physical. Only two numerical questions were there, and were easy to solve."

The average student can easily score above 30 out of 35 marks, the teacher said.

Naman Jain, director Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad said, “The Paper was balanced and NCERT based.” The students were satisfied as they were expecting tricky questions. However, the paper was based on CBSE sample paper, Jain added.

Seema Behl, principal, Brain International School, said CBSE Class 12 chemistry as moderate to easy paper. However, question number 32 was lengthy as per the marks allotted.

Meanwhile, the CBSE warned students against fake news claiming that the board will award upto six as grace marks due to the error in CBSE Class 12 accountancy exam conducted on December 13.
