NEW DELHI: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has concluded the Class 12 CBSE Political Science exam today for term 1. The exam commenced at 11:30 am and ends at 1 PM. Experts have provided the CBSE 12th political science exam analysis. They found the paper balanced and scoring. CBSE new guidelines for OMR sheet evaluation
Earlier, the board was sending the official answer keys to the exam centre for evaluation purposes. As per the new guidelines for CBSE OMR sheet evaluation, the exam centre superintendent will seal the OMR sheets and dispatch them to the concerned regional office.

CBSE Class 12 Political Science Exam Analysis
Experts and students have shared the CBSE 12th political science exam analysis. Animesh Singh, PGT Political Science, VidyaGyan Bulandshahr has said that the political science paper was good and all the questions were from the syllabus. The difficulty level was above average. The board followed its CBSE sample paper pattern and it had mixed type of questions.
CBSE Class 12 political Science marking scheme
The CBSE 12th political science paper contains three sections.
Section A has 24 questions, students need to attempt any 20 questions.
Section B has 24 questions, only 20 questions need to be answered.
Section C has 12 questions, 10 questions need to be done.
There is no negative marking

The next CBSE Class 12 term-1 exam 2021 will be conducted tomorrow, December 18, 2021 for Biology. Students will be given 90 minutes to solve the Biology Question paper. The biology exam will be held in offline mode and students will have to complete 50 questions out of 60. They will be given 20 minutes for reading the question paper. They must check the CBSE sample paper and marking scheme and get to know the number of questions asked in the exam.
The Delhi University Executive Council (EC) on Friday, December 17, gave its nod to conducting a Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) for Delhi University admissions from the 2022 academic year onwards. The decision was passed with two dissents from the EC members.

CBSE Board will conduct the Class 12 Biology exam tomorrow on December 18, 2021. The exam will begin at 11:30 am and will conclude at 1 pm.
"Students of my school are expecting good marks in the Political Science paper held today, with few of them can score full marks (40 out of 40). The paper was balanced, easy, and followed the pattern of CBSE," said Madhu Malik, principal, Modern DPS, Faridabad.

After the CBSE 12th political science exam, the CBSE board will conduct the Biology exam tomorrow. The CBSE 12th history exam will be held on December 20, 2021.
Earlier, the CBSE board used to send the CBSE answer key to the concerned exam centres after the commencement of examination for evaluation of OMR sheets. Now the board has issued new guidelines and the exam centre superintendent will have to send the sealed OMR sheets to the concerned regional office.

Rannu Pathak, PGT, Political Science, Mount Abu Public School, Rohini analyzed the Political Science paper today as balanced and scoring. "The Class 12 Political Science paper followed the pattern of NCERT and sample papers. The paper was easy and balanced, and has no ambiguity in either of the options and statements." The students can score full marks on the paper, while above 30 marks can be an average trend.

"The Question Paper comprised of standard concepts with easy, average and difficult level. Some questions were concept-based which can be attempted by the examinee only when a proper understanding of the concept is done," said Benny Thomas, a teacher of political science from JAIN International Residential School (JIRS), Bengaluru.
The teacher further added, "few questions were very easy and can be easily attempted which might be set, keeping in mind of the average students. Case studies were challenging and more focus was given to the present situations in the current scenario."

CBSE in its new circular regarding the evaluation of OMR sheet said "The practice of evaluation on the same day in the examination centre is being stopped from December 16. All the Centre Superintendents will pack and seal the OMR sheets within 15 minutes after the examination is over in the presence of the Observer. The Centre Superintendent and Observer will sign on the sealed parcel and will mention the time of packing also."
