Candidates, who will pass the CTET 2024 exam, can apply in different schools for the post of teacher as per the vacancies. The exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of teachers. 

CTET is the central level teacher eligibility test to determine the eligibility of teachers from Class I to VIII in the government schools affiliated with CBSE.

As per the data released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), approximately 23 to 25 lakh candidates appear for the CTET exam every year for each session.

Candidates who will meet the qualifying criteria for the CTET 2024 exam will be issued the certificate a few days after the announcement of the result.

Candidates who appeared for the CTET 2024 exam can challenge the answer key from January 1 to January 5. 

No, the National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts CTET exam twice a year. An eligible candidate who has qualified CTET exam may also appear again in the  exam to improve his or her score.

Candidates scoring marks ranging between 90 and 95, is considered a good score in the CTET exam.

Candidates who appeared for the CTET 2024 exam can calculate their score by following the steps:

Out of 150 questions, your total score will be the number of correct answers.

• Count the number of correct answers. Each question carries 1 mark.
• Sum up the correct answers and calculate it. 
• Since there is no negative marking in CTET exam, do not subtract marks for incorrect response.

The registered candidates who appeared for the CTET 2024 exam on December 14, can check the answer keys on official website, ctet.nic.in, for paper 1 and paper 2.

There is no restriction on the number of attempts for CTET exam. A candidate can who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his or her score.

The validity period of the CTET qualifying certificate for all category candidates will be for lifetime.  

Candidates who appeared in the CTET 2024 exam, will have to obtain 60% or more to qualify the CTET exam. "School managements (Government, local bodies, government aided and unaided) may consider giving concessions to person belonging to SC/ST,OBC, differently abled persons, etc., in accordance with their extant reservation policy," as per the NCTE guidelines.

The registered candidates can challenge the answer keys for CTET 2024 through the official link, ctet.nic.in, from January 1 to January 5 upto 11:59 pm.

CBSE has not officially announced the CTET 2024 result date yet. The result of CTET exam 2024 will be released at ctet.nic.in

Candidates are given the opportunity by CBSE to challenge the answers in the provisional CTET 2024 answer key. To challenge the CTET 2024 answer key, a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000 must be paid.

Candidates scoring more than 60% in the CTET exam will be considered qualified. However, a relaxation of 5% will be provided to SC, ST, OBC, and differently-abled candidates.

CBSE will issue the CTET provisional answer key 2024 at ctet.nic.in and candidates will have an opportunity to challenge the provisional answer key if they find any errors.

The CTET answer key 2024 will provide information such as the examination level, question set, subject code number, and the correct answers.

Candidates can calculate their probable scores using the CTET answer key 2024. For each correct answer, 1 mark should be added. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. By adding up the marks, candidates can determine their probable CTET scores.

CBSE will release the CTET 2024 answer keys on its official website, ctet.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download the CTET 2024 answer keys in PDF format once they are available.
