Apply NowNEW DELHI: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) sets up a special helpdesk for schools for helping in the computation of 10th, 12th results. Schools or result committees can send their queries to the CBSE board via email or phone. The helpdesk will function on all working days from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
How to contact the CBSE helpdesk via email?
To reach out to the CBSE board helpdesk via email, follow the steps below -

Write your query in a new email mentioning the school name, school number, and city.

Now send this email to class-10-results@cbseshiksha.in for Class 10 or class-12-results@cbseshiksha.in for Class 12.

Please note that the email must be crisp and easy to understand. You can also attach the screenshot to explain the issue in a better way.

Also, avoid sending multiple emails.

The board has cancelled the CBSE board exams 2021 due to the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. Lately, the board has released the evaluation criteria for CBSE 10th, 12th results 2021. The CBSE 12th result 2021 will be released by July 31, 2021, while the CBSE 10th result 2021 will be declared by July 20, 2021.
