CBSE Term 1 Result: Official says Class 10, 12 results not today, board yet to confirm date

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will not declare Class 10, 12 term 1 2021-22 results today, February 17, 2022. Amid speculations on the CBSE term 1 result date for Class 10, 12, board spokesperson Rama Sharma confirmed Careers360 that the CBSE result will not be announced on Thursday, February 17. On whether the term 1 result will be announced this week, the official said, "will let you know".

Earlier, a CBSE official told Careers360 that “There's a possibility of announcing the CBSE term 1 results for both Classes 10, 12 this week. However, it is expected that the CBSE will announce the CBSE term 1 result date soon at cbse.gov.in.

Students will be able to access CBSE term 1 result 2022 by entering their roll number, date of birth and other details at cbseresults.nic.in, or cbse.nic.in. Students can also check CBSE results through SMS and other platforms such as DigiLocker and UMANG.

After Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared the Class 10, 12 results, CBSE students have been demanding update on term 1 result date.

A student wrote on Twitter, "Yes.... No need to make students tensed for what they got in term 1 infact they should be respected because after 2 yrs they went to school just for giving borad exam. I want that cbse give it out with term 2."

Another student asked the CBSE board to declare the results soon. "If students know the term 1 result then they can know how much % they need in term 2 to make our overall % that's why cbse should release term 1 result urgently," the student said.
