CBSE Term 2 Exam 2022 Live: 10th Maths paper analysis; Updates on upcoming exams, question papers, syllabus

The CBSE board will conduct term 2 exam for Odia, Assamese, Kannada, Malayalam, Sindhi subjects on May 6, 2022. While as per Class 12 CBSE date sheet, term 2 exam for Sociology will be conducted. The CBSE sample papers are available on cbseacademic.nic.in.

@cbseindia29 In today's maths standard 30/3/3 exam's case study 1 was not at all meaninggfull cause area of a pool can't be counted as a rectangle and height was not even provided. how can be there water in a pool of its area is counted as a rectangle??

CBSE Sample paper Science term 2 has three sections and 15 questions. All questions are compulsory.

• Section–A has 7 questions of 2 marks each.
• Section–B has 6 questions of 3 marks each
• Section–C has 2 case based questions of 4 marks each.  
• Internal choices have been provided in some questions. 
• A student has to attempt only one of the alternatives in such questions.

Anjani Kumar Rai, VidyaGyan School, Bulandshahr has said the ‘Basic Mathematics” section was as per the NCERT pattern and students did not find it tough. All three sections in the paper were easy to moderate on the difficulty level. All questions required conceptual based understanding. Students could expect good marks.

For Standard Mathematics, the question paper was designed on a scale of moderate to difficult. Case study based questions were slightly tricky to answer but students with conceptual understanding would have answered them easily. 

The students did not face any issues w.r.t time management and they all could complete the paper within the stipulated time. All questions were doable and similar to the sample papers practiced in class. Overall, all students were happy and satisfied with the paper, says Ankita Ahuja Sharma, PGT Mathematics, Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram. 

Awadhesh Kumar Jha, principal of Sarvodaya Co-ed Vidyalaya in Rohini Sector 8, the CBSE maths paper is an above-average paper with new questions, but a bit lengthy. "Most of the questions are with figures which make the question better and easy to understand and attempt," he said. He further said that the maths basic is from the NCERT book and important questions have been included in the CBSE maths class 10 question paper.

Students who fail to appear in both term 1 and 2 exams will not be allowed to sit for CBSE compartment exams 2022. Also, the compartment exams will be conducted on the same day.

Students will have to score at least 13 marks out of 40 to pass the exam. In 100, students must score 33 marks to pass the subject.  

Class 10 term 2 answer key will be available soon. Teachers and coaching centres share the maths answer key CBSE class 10th. Students can use the unofficial class 10 term 2 answer key to calculate scores.

CBSE will conduct next Class 10 paper on May 6, 2022. Students will appear for Odia, Assamese, Kannada, Malayalam, and Sindhi exam. The term 2 CBSE exam 2022 will start at 10:30 am.

CBSE Maths exam both Standard and Basic question papers were easy. The standard question paper have a few tricky questions, basic is directly picked from the NCERT and very easy, reported Times Now News. 

The overall Maths paper was easy. A student has termed that a question from height and distance was a bit confusing and the question of the quadratic equations was lengthy but easy, reported Times Now News. 

Aashika Thakur, Class 10, Geeta Bal Bharti, Rajgarh Colony, Delhi has said that CBSE maths paper was easy but with lengthy questions. Maths paper was time consuming and students who are aware of the syllabus should have completed the CBSE exam on given time.

CBSE Board has released math syllabus class 10 term 2. Students can check CBSE class 10 math term 2 sample paper on the official website, cbseacademic.nic.in. They can check CBSE sample paper term 2 for all subjects. 

CBSE Class 10 maths exam 2022 paper comprises of a total of 14 questions. Students will have an internal choice in each section. CBSE board exam date 2022 class 10 for maths will conclude at 12:30 pm. The board has provided Math syllabus class 10 term 2 and CBSE sample paper 2021-22 class 10 maths standard with solution.

CBSE is not conducting any exam of Class 12 students. As per the datesheet of Class 12 2022 CBSE,  the board will conduct the sociology exam tomorrow, May 6, 2022. Students must go through the CBSE sample papers 2022, sociology syllabus and exam pattern.

• Students should reach the exam centre 30 to 40 minutes before the reporting time.

• They must carry their CBSE Class admit card 2022. 

• No student will be allowed to enter the exam hall without a hall ticket.

• Using any unfair means will not be tolerated.
