NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has concluded the CBSE Class 10 Maths exam 2022 term 2 today at 12:30 pm. Subject experts and teachers share the Maths basic and Maths standard exam analysis soon after the exams. Students were given 2 hours to complete the CBSE term 2 Maths Class 10 exam.

@cbseindia29 In today's maths standard 30/3/3 exam's case study 1 was not at all meaninggfull cause area of a pool can't be counted as a rectangle and height was not even provided. how can be there water in a pool of its area is counted as a rectangle??

Anjani Kumar Rai, VidyaGyan School, Bulandshahr has said the ‘Basic Mathematics” section was as per the NCERT pattern and students did not find it tough. All three sections in the paper were easy to moderate on the difficulty level. All questions required conceptual based understanding. Students could expect good marks.
For Standard Mathematics, the question paper was designed on a scale of moderate to difficult. Case study based questions were slightly tricky to answer but students with conceptual understanding would have answered them easily.
The students did not face any issues w.r.t time management and they all could complete the paper within the stipulated time. All questions were doable and similar to the sample papers practiced in class. Overall, all students were happy and satisfied with the paper, says Ankita Ahuja Sharma, PGT Mathematics, Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram.
Awadhesh Kumar Jha, principal of Sarvodaya Co-ed Vidyalaya in Rohini Sector 8, the CBSE maths paper is an above-average paper with new questions, but a bit lengthy. "Most of the questions are with figures which make the question better and easy to understand and attempt," he said. He further said that the maths basic is from the NCERT book and important questions have been included in the CBSE maths class 10 question paper.

Students who fail to appear in both term 1 and 2 exams will not be allowed to sit for CBSE compartment exams 2022. Also, the compartment exams will be conducted on the same day.
Students will have to score at least 13 marks out of 40 to pass the exam. In 100, students must score 33 marks to pass the subject.
Class 10 term 2 answer key will be available soon. Teachers and coaching centres share the maths answer key CBSE class 10th. Students can use the unofficial class 10 term 2 answer key to calculate scores.

CBSE Maths exam both Standard and Basic question papers were easy. The standard question paper have a few tricky questions, basic is directly picked from the NCERT and very easy, reported Times Now News.

In the section C, 4 questions including two case study based questions will be asked.
CBSE Maths Basic board exam 2022 Class 10 question paper consists of 14 questions divided into 3 sections A, B, and C. Section A comprises of 6 questions of 2 marks each and internal choice will be given for 2 questions. Section B comprises of 4 questions of 3 marks each. Internal choice of a single question is there. Section C comprises of 4 questions of 4 marks each. question. A single question choice will be given.
Students should reach the exam centre 30 to 40 minutes before the reporting time.
They must carry their CBSE Class admit card 2022.
No student will be allowed to enter the exam hall without a hall ticket.
