CCMN 2026 special round 1 seat allotment result out; 1,061 vacancies offered

The Centralised Counselling for Master of Science (MSc) and MSc (Tech) Admissions (CCMN) has declared the special round 1 seat allotment result for 2026 on its official website, ccmn.admissions.nic.in. Candidates who registered for the special CCMN counselling 2026 round can log in using their credentials to check the allotted institute and programme.

The CCMN special counselling 2026 round was conducted against 1,061 tentative vacant seats across participating institutes. However, the counselling authority said the final number of seats available during allotment could be higher, as additional vacancies may arise due to the upgradation of candidates who were allotted seats in the earlier counselling rounds.

As per the CCMN 2026 counselling schedule, candidates allotted seats in special round 1 can upload documents online, submit their willingness (freeze, float or slide) and withdraw their allotted seat from July 22 to 24, 12.30 pm, while the online document verification by the allotted institutes will also be conducted during this period.

The deadline for institutes to complete document verification is July 24, 5.30 pm, while candidates must resolve any queries raised during verification and complete the willingness or withdrawal process by July 25, 5.30 pm.

Candidates can follow the steps below to download the special round 1 allotment result of CCMN counselling 2026.

• Visit the official website, ccmn.admissions.nic.in.
• Click on the 'CCMN 2026 Special Round 1 Seat Allotment Result' link.
• Log in using the required credentials.
• The allotted institute and programme details will be displayed on the screen.
• Download the allotment letter and keep a printout for future reference.

The CCMN 2026 special round 2 allotment will be released on July 27 on the official website.
