CCMT 2024 special round counseling registration ends today; seat allotment on July 20

NEW DELHI: The Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat will conclude the Centralized Counseling for MTech (CCMT) 2024 special round registration today, July 16. The tentative list of vacant seats has been published on the CCMT web portal. Candidates can register for the CCMT 2024 special round by visiting the official website, ccmt.admissions.nic.in.

The CCMT 2024 special round fee payment deadline is also today, July 16. Any issues related to fee payment or registration are required to be resolved by July 18. Candidates have until July 18, 2024, at 5:30 pm to complete their online choice filling and locking.

CCMT 2024 special round 1 seat allotment

The CCMT 2024 special round 1 seat allotment will be announced on July 20. If candidates do not lock their choices by the deadline, the system will automatically lock their saved preferences. Following the allotment, candidates must upload the required documents and specify their willingness by July 24.

CCMT 2024 special round 2 seat allotment

For the CCMT 2024 special round 2, the seat allotment will be announced on July 27. Candidates must upload documents and indicate their willingness by July 29. The online withdrawal process from the admitted institute will be available from July 27 to July 30.

CCMT special round 2024 Counselling: Documents required

Candidates are required to carry the following documents while reporting to the college.

• Print of the CCMT 2024 registration and choice filling form.
• Print of provisionally downloaded seat allotment letter.
• Self-attested copy of GATE scorecard
• Candidate’s photo ID proof
• Receipt of seat acceptance fee payment
• Class 10 certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet
• Mark sheet of qualifying exam for all semesters
• Candidate’s 3 coloured passport-size photos
• Qualifying Degree/ Provisional certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
