CCMT round 2 seat allotment result 2025 out; document verification till June 24

CCMT Counselling 2025: Candidates allotted a seat through should pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 30,000 for GEN, GEN-EWS and OBC categories, and Rs 10,000 for SC, ST and PwD categories.
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has announced the round 2 seat allotment result for the Centralised Counselling for MTech, MArch, and MPlan (CCMT) 2025 today, June 21. Candidates who participated in the CCMT round 2 counselling 2025 can check the seat allotment result though the official website at ccmt.nic.in.
Candidates are required to enter their GATE registration ID and password to log in and download the CCMT round 2 seat allotment letter 2025. Candidates allotted a seat in CCMT round 2 are required to pay the seat acceptance fee, upload the required documents, indicating willingness (freeze, float, or slide) by June 24. Candidates who want to withdraw their name from this round can also do so by June 24.
The verification of documents submitted by candidates will be carried out by officers from the allotted institutes. This process also covers verification of eligibility for the allotted or upgraded seat, wherever such conditions apply. The online document verification began on June 21 and will continue till 5:30 pm on June 24.
CCMT Counselling Fee 2025: Seat acceptance fee
Candidates who are allotted a seat through the CCMT 2025 are required to deposit the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) of Rs 30,000 for those belonging to the General (GEN), General – Economically Weaker Section (GEN-EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories, and Rs 10,000 for candidates from the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories. This fee will be adjusted against the admission fee of the institute finally allotted to the candidate.
Candidates who have queries raised during the document verification stage or concerns related to willingness and withdrawal options should get them resolved by June 25. The CCMT round 3 seat allotment result will be announced on June 27.

CCMT Seat Allotment Result 2025: Documents required
Candidates are required to upload the following the documents for online document verification
- Proof of date of birth: Class 10 marksheet/certificate. If it doesn’t mention date of birth, upload it along with any government-issued ID with date of birth and parent’s name.
- Photo ID proof as per Government of India norms.
- Class 12 marksheet or equivalence certificate.
- Grade/marksheets of qualifying degree (all semesters).
- Degree/provisional certificate or course completion certificate/undertaking (if result is awaited).
- GATE scorecard (2023/2024/2025).
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS) in the prescribed format.
- OBC-NCL/EWS certificates must be issued on or after April 1, 2025.
- Maharashtra SC/ST/OBC-NCL certificates must be validated by the respective state departments.
- Tamil Nadu ST certificate must be issued by Revenue Divisional Officer.
- Declaration on OBC-NCL status (if applicable).
- PwD certificate (if applicable).
