CFA level 2 exams commences tomorrow; Check important guidelines here

It is important for all registered candidates to download the CFA level 2 admit card before they reach the CFA exam centres.

NEW DELHI: The CFA Institute is all set to conduct the CFA level 2 exams for the August session from tomorrow, August 31, 2021. The level 2 exams are to be administered between August 31 and September 4, 2021. Candidates having symptoms of COVID-19 can either reschedule their exam date or appear in the following sessions.

The British Council and Prometric will administer the CFA level 2 exams globally in computer-based mode. For the safety of students and staff, the CFA Institute will take the necessary precautions.

Important Dates

Events	Level 2 dates
Scheduling deadline	May 28, 2021
Rescheduling deadline	July 31, 2021
CFA level 1 exam	August 31-September 4, 2021

Note- CFA level 2 computer based exam will be of 4 hours and 24 minutes duration. For the convenience of students, the exam session will be split into 2 equal halves of 2 hours and 12 minutes. CFA Institute will also provide an optional break in between.

Candidates appearing for the CFA level 2 exam must check the important guidelines to be followed beforehand.

Arrival and Check-in Procedures

Before entering the exam centre premises

Due to the ongoing pandemic, all candidates are required to cover their faces and wear masks. Coming without a mask/ unacceptable mask shall be marked as “no show”
Note that wearable technology masks/ exhale/ one-way valve masks are not allowed in CFA level 2 exams
All candidates are required to sign on a roster sheet after hand sanitization
Candidates having any symptoms of COVID-19 are not allowed to give the exams and hence can reschedule their exams
Candidates having any personal belongings will be assigned lock number and a proper place to keep the items

Proctor & Testing Room Procedures

Prior to entering the exam room	Following social distancing norms is mandatory for all Candidates must stand on the sign “stand here” or “X” shown on the floor
During the CFA exam process	DVR monitoring will be used for surveillance Note boards and markers/ paper/ pencils will be given to those candidates who use scratch paper To take a break, test takers must first raise their hands up and wait for invigilators instructions

End of test procedures

Candidates must not forget to complete their sign out process after completing the exam
