CG SET 2024 application correction window to open today; exam on July 21

NEW DELHI: The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur will open the application correction window for Chhattisgarh State Eligibility Test 2024 (CG SET) 2024 today, June 10. The correction window will be open for three days till June 12.

Eligible candidates can edit the CG SET 2024 application form through the official website, vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Candidates should use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to log in and edit the CG SET 2024 application form.

As per the official schedule, the CG SET 2024 exam will be held on July 21 in two shifts. Paper 1 will take place from 10 am to 11:15 am and Paper 2 will be conducted from 2 pm to 4:15 pm.

CG SET 2024: Eligibility criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for CG SET 2024 given below.

Age limit: The board has not set any age limit for candidates. Candidates of any age are eligible to sit for the exam.

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should hold a master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks to appear for the CG SET 2024.

  • Candidates from scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), other backward classes (OBC), and persons with disabilities (PWD) categories require the same educational degree with 50% marks.

  • Those in the process of appearing for their master's degree may also apply for the exam. Their admission will be considered provisional until the degree has been obtained.

CG SET 2024: Exam pattern

The Chhattisgarh SET exam consists of two papers. Paper 1, which is common for all candidates, includes 50 questions and is conducted for one hour. Paper 2 is subject-specific, containing 100 questions, and is conducted for two hours. Candidates will receive two marks for each correct answer, and there are no penalties for incorrect answers.
