NEW DELHI: The Chandigarh University (CU) Uttar Pradesh is set to host the AI Higher Education Summit 2025 tomorrow, January 17. The event will begin at 9:30 am at Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The event aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the realm of higher education.
“The summit will offer a platform to explore how artificial intelligence can address key challenges in education from democratizing access to enhancing learning outcomes.” the official CU statement added.
The AI platform will reshape higher education in fundamental ways for students by tailoring their needs individually for effective learning, and for institutions by offering them tools for streamlining operations processes such as enrollment, scheduling, and student support. The AI will also help take over time-consuming tasks like grading and performance tracking and enable teachers to focus on mentoring students.
As per the official Chandigarh University statement, attendees will get insights from expert panels, engage in interactive workshops, and also have networking opportunities to connect with leaders, EdTech start-ups, and universities.
The AI summit will also delve into issues of AI in education through multiple sessions, offering ethical frameworks and strategies to guide ethical AI implementation.
“Education is leading the AI revolution, driving innovation and redefining future learning,” the official statement added. By integrating AI into education it is reshaping the traditional approaches around the world. “AI technology also bridges the gap between policymakers, industries, and academic institutions and is crucial for preparing a workforce ready for an AI-driven future” the official CU statement added.
